We are looking for experienced welders (m/f/d) throughout Germany for various welding processes (TIG, MIG/MAG, electric manual welding). Your tasks:

Work preparation
Application of various welding processes, e.g. WIG, MIG/MAG, electric manual welding)
Welding according to technical documents

What we offer you:

An Attractive Wage with structured Pay Raises:
Depending on your qualifications and the specific assignment site, your starting wage ranges from €18.00 to €25.00 per hour. After 15 months at the same assignment site, you will reach full wage parity with the client company's permanent staff, potentially increasing your hourly rate to up to €30.00.

Daily subsistence allowance of €40,00 up to €60.00 for employees traveling in their own vehicle
Overtime bonuses of +25%
Christmas and holiday bonuses of up to €850
Referral bonuses of up to €700.00 for recommending a new employee
