The contents of our website are created by Piening Personal with the greatest possible care and to the best of our knowledge. Nevertheless, we do not assume any liability for the up-to-dateness, completeness and correctness of the information, pages and content provided.

The user shall undertake to use the channels for electronic contact or submitting an application in accordance with the statutory provisions.

The user shall be responsible for all content that he/she posts electronically, such as texts, photos, graphics, files, links, etc. He/she shall expressly refrain from infringing upon any trademark, copyright, personality or other rights of third parties. During use, the user must not disseminate any content punishable under criminal law nor infringe upon any other rights of third parties. In particular, the dissemination of content that is harmful to minors, pornographic, extremist or racist, the launching of virus attacks and the misuse of the applications to interfere with the security measures of a third-party network, host or account are prohibited.

The user hereby agrees that all communications concerning this user relationship may be sent by e-mail, unless another form is stipulated by law.

Piening Personal shall be entitled to remove allegedly illegal content (e.g. content that violates legal or official prohibitions or offends common decency) from the applications without prior warning to the user. In such cases, we shall be entitled to issue a temporary or even unlimited ban on use.

If Piening Personal becomes aware of an unlawful act by the user or is informed of an alleged unlawful act by a third party, Piening Personal hereby reserves the right to pass on the personal data to law enforcement and regulatory authorities if applicable within the framework of the statutory provisions. The user shall not be permitted to pass on the data of others to third parties. In the event of a violation, we shall be entitled to block the user immediately. The assertion of a claim for damages shall remain unaffected by this.
